My experience stems from 30 years in Food Manufacturing, where I built a career culminating as an Executive and Director.  My career has transformed from Operations Management through to the training and auditing fields, primarily in horticulture on the East Coast of Australia. 

I've bench-marked factories, equipment suppliers and retailers, categories over multiple years through Australia, New Zealand, Asia (China, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines,) Europe, America, and South Africa.

I have direct account management experience with major retailers, airlines, large FMCG organisations, Standard Owners in both operational and technical contexts.  

I have multiple sub-contractors in various fields and locations that are all Fully Qualified to undertake the tasks they are contracted for.
